In short, no.  We have plenty of clients who inquire and are able to build a custom package for their business marketing needs that are above or below range.  

Certain packages are final pricing – such as the Press Releases. Those prices are pre-set and includes the cost of distribution through our PR service provider, CISION.

We professionally write and distribute press releases through our partner provider, CISION.  They are one of the largest news and press release providers in the world and have multiple distribution packages.

As a partner we’re able to get a better deal on individual and group press releases.  The packages above have different levels of media and press coverage as stated by CISION.

Basic Package guarantees your press release gets released through the wire and will appear on CISION approved news sites and exist on CISION’s own website. 

The Premium distribution package guarantees the most visibility for your press release, and is also the most expensive.

The Advanced package provides the best bang for the buck and visibility.  It is the most popular option for small and medium sized businesses.

The starting price is still the same, even if you have an already established Google Ads or Facebook Ads Account.  There is no cost for the setup, it is a complimentary service we provide to businesses whom are not yet on the platforms.  

No.  We highly recommend WordPress or SquareSpace as your business website.  

CMO Consulting is a one-on-one deep dive into your business marketing goals, trends, and outlook.  At the end, we deliver to you a complete packaged review of your business marketing and how to streamline and automate your processes.

This project-based assignment takes approximately one month.  During this time, we’ll carefully research your marketing strategies, software tools, analytics, social media platforms, and conduct interviews.

Yes, all packages have been productized so if you want to begin a project, please add the package of your choice into the cart.  Once the payment goes through, it wil enter our project management system and a member of our team will reach out within 24 -48 hours. 

For long-term clients looking for a month-to-month marketing solution, we have multiple flexible payment options to choose from that better suit your accounting needs.

All packages on the website with “starting at” have payment options if the project cost is above $10,000.00 USD.  All packages and projects below $10,000.00 USD currently does not qualify for a flexible payment and must be paid in full, no later than 2 weeks before the final project end date.

Yes, we’re able to provide a full refund to you if you place an order and change your mind any time before actual work begins.  Typically, there will be a series of phone calls or e-mails to clarify the project.  During this time, you may change your mind or decide to go down a different path.  As long as no actual work has been completed, then we’re able to refund the amount.

Once a project is paid, agreed upon, confirmed by a Project Manager, and work begins – then you can not receive a refund of any kind.  You will have to follow-through on the project until it is done, or forfeit the project and the cost of the work regardless of where we are in the process.  We appreciate your understanding for our professionals who dedicate their time, expertise, and consultancy to help businesses of all kinds. We are currently based in the nations capital, Washington, DC.  Our neighborhood is downtown DC across from LaFayette Park and close to plenty of restaurants, metro, and entertainment.  Due to security and COVID, only appointments are allowed on the premises.
